MagicCRM is a self-hosted CRM for managing clients, projects, tasks, quotations, users and business workflows. It is installed on customer-controlled infrastructure and is offered with a lifetime software licence.

Yes. Custom work can include modules, integrations, reports, permissions, automations and dashboards. Installation and custom development are separate from the software licence.
